For years I worked in fast, high‑pressure environments, but life eventually nudged me toward something slower and more rooted. Southern Charm Flower Farm grew out of that shift—a place where beauty is grown with intention, where the land sets the pace, and where seasonal flowers tell the story. Here in the soft hills of Winnsboro, I’m building a small farm filled with heart, hospitality, and blooms that feel like home

My first flowers from this land. The very first things I ever harvested here. They weren’t “useful,” not in the traditional sense. They weren’t long enough to arrange or sell or even tuck into a jar. But when I held them in my hands, I felt something shift. A quiet, steady knowing: this is the start.

SPRING, UNFOLDING
Spring keeps surprising us — a white‑tailed deer leaping through the brush just feet away, bunnies darting like little shadows, geese calling overhead, and an owl settling into the night. Everywhere we turn, the land feels alive and waking up.

A WEEKEND WASHED IN RAIN
A whole weekend of rain left us all a little restless — two muddy dogs, a trailer full of sighs, and a farm waiting patiently for the sun. But even in the gray, there was a kind of quiet comfort in being tucked in together while the storm did its thing.
