REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At Southern Charm Flower Farm, every bouquet is harvested with care just for you. Because our flowers are perishable and grown in small batches, we have a few simple guidelines to keep things fair and sustainable.
ORDER
CANCELLATIONS

Standard Orders:

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours cannot be refunded, as your flowers have already been harvested or reserved.

Subscriptions:

Subscription orders are non‑refundable, but we’re happy to transfer your subscription (or a single delivery) to another person.

Please allow 72 hours’ notice so we can update our harvest plans.
MISSED PICK UPS
Flowers are harvested specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
If an order is not picked up during the scheduled window, we’re unable to offer a refund.
AFTER PICK UP OR
DELIVERY
Because fresh flowers are highly perishable, refunds are not available after the order has been picked up or delivered.
If something seems off, please contact us within 24 hours — we always want you to walk away delighted.
QUALITY CONCERNS
If something doesn’t seem right or your bouquet arrives in less‑than‑beautiful condition, please send us a photo within 24 hours. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
WEATHER & FARM
CONDITIONS
As a seasonal farm, unexpected weather, pests, or crop loss can sometimes affect availability.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out promptly with options:

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are final sale and non‑refundable.
They never expire and may be used toward any product or offering on the farm.
