We want you to love your flowers as much as we love growing them. Because our blooms are perishable and harvested fresh for each order, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair and sustainable for our small farm.

- Orders for The Charm Collective and/or other subscription-based orders are non-refundable.  We are happy to transfer your subscription or a single delivery to another person.  Please provide 72 hours' notice so we can make sure your wishes are honored.  

- Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours cannot be refunded, as your flowers have already been harvested or reserved.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered. However, if something seems off or you’re unhappy with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours. We will always do our best to make it right.

If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please send a photo within 24 hours so we can assess the issue. We may offer a replacement bouquet or store credit depending on the situation.

If an order is not picked up during the scheduled window, we cannot offer a refund. Flowers are harvested specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

As a seasonal flower farm, unexpected weather or crop loss may occasionally affect availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly with options, including:

• A full refund

• A rescheduled pickup

• A substitution of equal or greater value

Gift cards are final sale and non‑refundable. They never expire and may be used toward any product or offering on the farm!
