We grow with the seasons, so all offerings are naturally subject to weather, pests, and conditions in the field.  If substitutions are needed, we’ll choose blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the beauty and spirit of your order.

All orders must be paid in full at checkout through our secure third‑party payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Pickup:  Pickup times are listed at checkout. Flowers are perishable—please arrive on time. If you’re running late, contact us and we’ll help if we can, but freshness cannot be guaranteed after the scheduled window.

Delivery:  If no one is home, your flowers may be left in a safe, shaded spot unless you request otherwise. Once delivered, the bouquet becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Our flowers are natural, locally grown, and beautifully unique. Variations in color, size, and shape are normal, and no two bouquets will be identical.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activity or anything that could harm our farm, customers, or systems.

Southern Charm Flower Farm is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products, allergic reactions, or issues caused by improper care once flowers leave our hands. Longevity depends on the environment and care they receive after pickup or delivery.
